Kate is a Senior Research Associate at Qualia Bio. Her work focuses on the development of policy analysis tools and health economic models to evaluate health care costs for patients, providers and payers, and to aid in value-based decision-making. She also researches and authors policy and analytical reports. Kate recently completed her PhD in Health Policy at UCLA. Before moving to Los Angeles, she worked at an integrated care delivery organization in Boston evaluating the impact of health plan and pharmacy benefit design on care utilization. Kate holds a BA in History from Providence College and is an avid reader of historical fiction.
